Be Still 💛

Our lives can be either driven by our schedules or by spirit. They can be driven by the constant chatter of our minds or by a place of calm. They can be driven by impulse or by wisdom.

Precious, sacred silence is one of our most essential friends. Our silent time reminds us of who we are and it gives us access to infinite wisdom from which we are guided when making our daily decisions. So why is it so difficult to write it on today’s schedule?

Many of us now have a spiritual practice during which we pray for assistance, read the word of God, meditate, focus on gratitude or find ways to inspire our heart. But as we know, the world pulls ferociously in different directions. It begs us to pay attention, to divide our time, to distract our focus and to be busier than it’s good for the soul.

It takes a mindful effort and awareness to revisit our priorities often, and make the time to connect with spirit. It’s the most important thing we will do in the day. And when we do it first, the rest of the day is driven by moments of intuition gained from connecting mindfully with the source of all love, peace and light.

This is not a duty or an effort. We don’t work to be more spiritually connected; it is who we are. All we have to do is set aside time to check in and to let the noise drop away for long enough to reveal the beauty and calm that resides within us. And if we can just hover there…open… For a moment without jumping in with a thought, within that stillness, is when we’re able to activate our soul’s wisdom.

Having a time during the day to calm the mind and still the soul can be a challenging practice. But that is one of those things that will have lasting consequences in our lives. We deserve to create moments of internal peace for ourselves. Moments to gain higher intuition and guidance. The rewards of doing this for ourselves will reach across all aspects of our being. Every day is a good day to begin learning or to recharge our practice. It’s always better to have progress over perfection.

Our goal for this week is to create more peaceful moments, to quiet our minds, be still and listen. We can ask for inspiration, breathe and take a moment to write down what we feel. As we’re able to keep those notes throughout the week, we will see that God does speak to us. Directly to our heart ♥️ That internal peace is always available to us. Silence and peace can become our new friend. God wants to remind us that we can create moments to be still, to Still our souls and to know that He is God. Invite more of that light and wisdom into your day and you’ll feel the difference.

As we choose to make time for moments of peace and quiet. We will be better able to express our feelings to our Father in Heaven. We will be better able to find peace for our soul, we will be open to allowing the light of Christ to enter more deeply into our lives. Allowing Him to purify and remove our negative thoughts and feelings and instead inviting the healing light of the Savior to cover us completely. 💛

I fully believe that it is part of our earthly experience to come and live in these bodies. So that we may learn to live and take care of them. But also, so that we may LEARN to go within ourselves to find the divine stillness that can only come from the presence of God. From where our spirits were born. We must learn this skill of going within and quieting the mind and the world. To really know that we TRUST GOD. To connect to Him in prayer and in spirit.

As we PRACTICE this skill, we will feel a stronger connection to Heaven. More inspiration and insights will come. We will be better able to handle our problems and we will have more trust and faith in God. We will gain a confidence that is divine and rises above any type of worldly confidence. There’s no degree, no amount of money, Power or no self help courses that can bring the type of confidence and peace that only the spirit of God can provide to our souls.

May we quiet our words, calm our thoughts, soften our hearts and still our souls daily, so that we may listen, be open, have faith and receive. & most importantly, let your spirit lead and remember to BE STILL AND KNOW THAT HE IS GOD. 🤍

Unfortunately Class is Canceled tonight but we will resume again next Thursday at 7pm. For now, do your best to take care of your body, mind and spirit. Remember that God loves you, He wants to hear from you! Make it your priority this week to make quiet moments for Him and to strengthen yourself from within. Notice His hand in your life and thank Him for your many blessings. He will guide you on what to focus on each hour of your day. & don’t forget that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

My Worth 💖

The world is constantly attacking our worth. We are constantly led to believe that we’re not good enough, not beautiful enough, not smart enough etc.

Have you noticed that we are constantly pushed to seek validation from external sources? We feel that we are worth more if we have “more” than others, or if we get a certain number of likes on social media or gain popularity or recognition in some kind of way.

There’s a scripture in 2 Timothy 3: 1-4 which describes the world we’re living in right now.

It says; “..In the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

I pray that we will be able to be more lovers of God than lovers of pleasures or of the vain things of this world. Loving God is a truth that will change us completely. When we love Him and draw closer to Him we try to be more like Him and we begin to connect to that deeper knowledge of who we are as children of God.

This is a powerful truth that can transform our lives: the profound love and potential that resides within each one of us, is given to us by a loving Creator.

As children of a divine and loving God, we are filled with His light, peace and love. We can recognize that we have infinite worth and potential within us. His love for us is unconditional, unwavering, and ever-present, reminding us that we are of eternal worth & we are never alone on our journey of finding our worth and giving ourselves the love that we need.

I want to share a few ways that can help us align ourselves with God’s love and help us embrace our divine potential:

1. Connect with God through prayer: As we take time each day to commune with God through heartfelt prayer. We can share our Joys, struggles and aspirations with Him. knowing that He listens with boundless love and understanding. This will allow us to direct our focus to Him and to listen to our creator instead of trying to listen to the world.

2. Seek His guidance: In moments of uncertainty or self doubt, we can choose to turn to God for wisdom and guidance. Trusting that He has a unique plan for our own life, and that every experience, whether joyful or challenging, serves a purpose in our journey.

3. Recognize our divine worth: Remind yourself by saying “I am a beloved child of God, created in His image. As His child, I’m filled with divine light, love and peace to help me through today.” We can choose to embrace our worthiness and inherent goodness, knowing that we are precious and valuable in His eyes.

4. Embody Christlike Love: We can choose to Follow the example of Jesus Christ in extending love, compassion, and forgiveness—not only to others but also to ourselves. Letting His teachings guide us in nurturing a kind and loving relationship with ourselves.

5. Tap into Your Gifts and Talents: God has blessed each one of us with unique gifts, talents, and strengths. We can explore and develop these gifts, using them to uplift others and fulfill our divine purpose. As we share and allow our talents to grow and to glorify God we will see that our love for ourselves and for God will increase. Saying to ourselves daily “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens ME!”

6. Trust in His Timing: Trusting that God’s timing is perfect. Will allow us to be patient with ourselves on our journey of self-love, knowing that He is always working in our lives, guiding us toward growth and fulfillment.

7. Embrace Your Divine Potential: Remind yourself by saying “I am capable of greatness beyond measure. I Believe in myself, I trust in God’s plan for me, and I embrace the limitless potential that lies within my heart and soul.”

8. & last but not least, embrace gratitude: expressing gratitude to God for the body that we have, the ability to breathe and to move. Acknowledging the gift of this body and having a desire to take care of it is one of the ways in which we honor God and ourselves. & recognizing our blessings and counting them daily will also allow us to recognize how blessed we are and how much God loves us.

I hope that these words will help you to remember your worth. I believe that before we came to this earth, we were CONFIDENT of our worth. It is part of the test of life, for us to come closer to God and to realize the worth that we’ve always had and will continue to have for Eternity. Remember, that we are eternal beings having a mortal experience. We do not need to let the world get to us because we know in whom we have placed our trust.

As we choose to embrace of God’s love and the realization of our divine potential, we find the courage, strength, and inspiration to love ourselves more fully and authentically. I hope that you can feel that love for yourself today and each day.

Our spiritual goal is to remind ourselves of our worth daily! Not allowing that negative talk or comparison to get in the way. But instead, aligning ourselves to God and to making the best choices to care for our AMAZING body, mind and spirit. All that we do can be done to glorify God. 🫶🏼

Love you all and hope that you can make it to class tonight at 7pm to do something amazing for our body, mind and spirit. 🥰❤️🙏🏼

Daily Gifts 💛

Every sunrise is a blessing, a gift just for today. Embrace it and enjoy it before it fades away.” If we choose to see the gifts that God has given us, we will see His fingerprints of Love and divinity all around us.

Some days may be harder than others. Regardless of the type of day we may be having, it’s important to remember that we need to slow down. To focus on TODAY. To take it one day at a time or one moment at a time. We can make a conscious choice to be present, in the here and now. We can ask God to help us become more aware of our surroundings, and more willing to focus on our blessings.

We can choose to be filled with Peace in this moment. We can choose to be filled with Love and light. All of these are gifts that we can give to ourselves. Gifts that we can give to God, and gifts that we can give to others. We can choose to focus our attention on seeing the light, beauty and love that is woven in all that surrounds us at this very moment.

God wants us to be more present. He tells us in Mathew 6:34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

God wants us to practice being more present. Each moment brings with it the gift of life and the chance to focus on seeing our blessings and experiencing love in this very moment. Remember that this small moment, this precious day will not come again. We have never seen a day like this before. Therefore we must try to make it the best it can be. We can choose to focus our choices and activities on what is truly important and on what will allow us to feel more connected to God and his daily gifts.

We can change the way we see things normally, and focus instead on the beauty that is around us. we can start to view our day as being saturated in sacred sights and sounds. Then, this moment right here, right now, where we are, broken, messy, or whatever it may be, can become a beautiful & holy moment.

James 1:17 Says: Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

God is the provider and the giver of all Good gifts. If we choose to see His light in our lives, we will see Him and feel Him.

I want to share a quick experience that I had this week. One of my family members had a doctors appointment and I was nervous about the results. I had a moment where I said a little prayer in my heart and asked Heavenly Father to help us butterfly that I have seenfeel peace and to know that everything would be ok. After hours of waiting, as we were leaving the doctor’s office, I opened the door to leave and I saw the most beautiful big white butterfly that I’ve ever seen! As I looked at it, I had this feeling come to my heart and mind that God is very present in our lives and that he knows how we feel. I felt that those butterflies that I saw were like my angels that were present during that very time that I needed it. 🦋

If we’re willing to see Gods fingerprints in this very moment, we will see Him and know that he’s way more present than we think. Even though we don’t know what the outcome of something may be. We can still trust that we are in His hands and that we have a Father in Heaven and a Savior who want to comfort us and help us.

He gives us more than we realize daily. He loves us and wants us to keep our view focused on trusting HIM & not the world. He is The Father of of our souls, the one who grants us our breath this day and He is the giver of all that we have. He who knows the end from the beginning & is ready to help us and lift us daily. We just have to reach up to Him and consciously be aware of how blessed we are and the gifts that He is constantly giving us.

So, let’s remind ourselves today to look up! Look up to the Father of lights to fill us with more light. As his children we already have his light within us. But it is up to us to fill our hearts, homes and all that surrounds us with more of His divine light. The more we’re willing to see it, the more we’ll be able to experience it.

Let’s remember to not allow the enemy to bring us down. Recognizing the negative ways in which he attacks us. But also remembering that we’re stronger than we realize. Our power comes from our Father in Heaven. Who is filled with love, light and peace. Our power comes from Christ. & we know that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. So, find your strength in Christ today.

Reject negativity with the power of prayer and let’s feed our minds and souls with all that is good & uplifting. We get to CHOOSE to focus on the light or not. God invites us to experience His love in the daily moments that He gives us on this earth. So, Enjoy them and allow your heart to be peaceful and soak in that daily divine light.

I invite all of us to look for the light, for the gifts that God so abundantly gives each one of us daily. I invite us to also be a light to others and to consciously choose to be filled with Love, Light and Peace form one moment to the next. Let’s recognize and thank God for all of the gifts He has blessed us with and continues to provide even to this very moment.

Finally, I want to challenge all of us to make a promise to ourselves to take our focus away from ourselves a little more and think of a gift that we personally could offer to God this week? What would be a good gift to give Him for all He does for each one of us? I pray that as you do this you will be blessed to feel an even greater abundance of Gods love and blessings.

Sadly class is canceled tonight. But we will resume again next week. Remember to set a physical goal for yourself to move your body and do your best this week. & also remember to take care of your spirit as well. Setting some time aside daily to allow yourself to connect to God in Prayer and meditation. 💖

Love you all and hope to see you next week.

Love,

Lili 🌸
