New Beginnings 🌸

Regardless of the different circumstances that we may be experiencing today, God wants each one of us to take a moment and feel the sunshine, breathe, look at the flowers and animals and just for a moment feel the love of God in our hearts. 💞 He wants to remind us that His hands are always stretched out inviting us to come to Him and to feel His love, grace and peace.

When we can choose to disconnect from our everyday stresses and purposefully turn our minds and hearts to Him, we’ll be better able to feel His love.

The love and peace of God cannot be purchased with wealth or power. It can only come directly to our hearts when we choose to open ourselves to it. His peace, grace and love can comfort us even when our circumstances haven’t changed. Yet, somehow we can feel that He’s right here with us. We trust Him. We know that all will be ok in the end because of Him. ❤️ Only God can bring that type of comfort to a heart.

As we look at the blossoming flowers this Spring and especially this Easter, let’s remind ourselves that Easter is an invitation for us to renew ourselves an to start fresh. An opportunity for us to blossom more and to be drawn to the example of love that Jesus Christ has given us. 🌹

Through the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, we are given the most powerful message of hope: That light overcomes darkness, that love is stronger than death, and that we can be made new. We can feel and know that our Savior lives! That He is ready to help us start new, to blossom in ways that we can only achieve with His help. He is our light, He is our guide. 💛

Matthew 28:6 says; “He is not here: for he is risen” It’s amazing how these simple words changed the world! Everyone who saw Him after He had risen, realized that death wasn’t the end. Those words not only changed humanity, but they can change us too. Easter is not just about what happened long ago; it is about what can happen within us today. How can we allow the power of the resurrection of Jesus Christ to bless our lives today? How can we rejoice in that knowledge and allow it to change our minds and hearts forever? ❤️

We can help ourselves to prepare for Easter by inviting God to comfort our troubled hearts and minds. We can ask Him to help us soften what is rough within us, we can ask Him to help us remember, learn new insights from Him and strengthen our relationship with Him.

We can also strengthen ourselves by:

• Letting go of something heavy, any resentments, fear, judgements or guilt.

• Choosing to focus on gratitude instead of lack.

• Making space each day to feel God’s love.

• & Serving someone quietly, just as Christ would.

There’s a beautiful quote that says: “Because of Him, broken things are made whole.” So, when each one of us in our brokenness comes to Him, we’re able to reconnect to His Divine light , we then become lit 🔥 by the same divine light, and this allows us to be better able to feel His divine peace and powerful healing. 💛

This Easter season is our invitation to come back to that light. To be able to feel it! Receive the grace and the forgiveness we each need, to humble ourselves before Him and let Him change us and fill us with hope, joy, true love and peace.

Here’s a Mindfulness Exercise that can help us as well.

Take 2–3 minutes each day this week and simply notice:

• One thing in your life that is growing

• One area where you feel hope returning

• One small way you have changed for the better

Let yourself feel gratitude for these quiet moments of renewal or “resurrections” that you’re experiencing. Allow yourself to be loving and kind to yourself as you recognize what is blossoming in your life. 🌷

Tonight in class we will practice a meditation similar to this one in case you would like to try it. 🤍🕊️

Close your eyes. Take a slow, deep breath in… and out.

Imagine a soft, warm light above you, peaceful and full of love.

This light represents the love of God and the hope of Easter.

As you breathe in, imagine that light gently filling your heart.

As you breathe out, release any heaviness, worry, or fear.

Silently say to yourself:

“I am renewed. I am loved. I am filled with light.”

Sit in that feeling for a moment.💛

When you’re ready, gently open your eyes.

Hope that you can join us tonight at 7pm to let go of the stress and the things that feel heavy. Our focus will be on releasing stress, strengthening our bodies, and ending with a beautiful meditation that will help us to feel renewed, more connected to the Divine light of our Savior Jesus Christ & allow us to leave feeling peaceful and ready for a beautiful Easter weekend. 🕊️💛🙏🏼

CLASS WILL BE CANCELED NEXT WEEK. But we will resume again on April 16th. So, hopefully you can make it tonight and feel the difference for the rest of your week. 🥰

🌸 Our Goals for This Week are;

Spiritual Goal:

Spend 5–10 minutes each day reading about the life and Resurrection of Christ, or quietly praying/meditating to feel closer to God.

💪🏼Physical Goal:

Get outside for at least 10–15 minutes each day. We want to walk, stretch, or simply sit in the sunlight and notice the signs of new life around you. Take care of your body by eating healthy and resting when needed. 🥰

This Easter, remember: you don’t have to wait for change, you are already part of it. 🌱The same power that brought life from the tomb can bring peace, healing, and new beginnings into your life right now. 💛🥹🙏🏼 His love is real! He is ready to be with you in the ups and downs of life and I rejoice in the knowledge that He lives! Loves us and wants the best for us. Let’s Celebrate Him and what He can do for us. ❤️

Love you all and hope to see you you tonight!

💖
