Trust In The Lord ♥️

In a world full of uncertainty and challenges, developing trust in God is essential to finding peace, purpose, and direction in life. Trusting in God means having faith in His wisdom, love, and ability to guide us through every aspect of our lives. This trust requires more than just believing in His existence. It’s a confident expectation that He will fulfill His promises to us as we strive to live according to His will.

Trusting in God is not just about passive belief, but purposefully relying on His timing, wisdom, and love. It means that we turn to Him in all aspects of our lives, whether in times of joy or trial. As Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to: “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy always acknowledge Him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

This passage teaches us that when we place our trust in God, we let go of the need to control everything in our lives. Instead of relying solely on our limited understanding, we turn to the Lord, trusting that He sees the bigger picture and knows what is best for us. Trusting God also requires patience, understanding that His timing may not always align with ours, but that His timing is actually always perfect.

Take a moment to think about the ways in which you are building and strengthening your trust in God. 💛

Building trust in God is a daily process that requires faith, effort, and consistency. There are things that can help us build and strengthen our trust in him. For example: We can choose to pray with real intent. I love finding a quiet place if posible in nature for me to speak to my Father in Heaven. I need that time alone to align my thoughts and my soul and to be ready to Hear Him speak to me too. Prayer is our direct line of communication with God. When we pray sincerely, seeking His guidance, when we show Him that we are willing to listen, we invite his presence into our lives.

Can you imagine God seeing His precious daughter humbly praying and asking Him for help? The God that we love and serve is a God who is filled with compassion. He rejoices when we come to Him, and He wants us to know that we are never alone. That He does hear us and He wants us to feel His love and peace as we pray. We can purposefully try to remember daily, that every time we pray, we invite His presence to be with us. We can trust and believe that He will make Himself knows unto us through His spirit, so that we may feel His love, His guiding peace and the light that He can provide for our daily lives. ☀️ We can feel His love through nature, animals, the sunshine, a smile or a hug. We just need to have eyes to see Gods hand today.

Another important way to build trust in God, is for us to study His words. The Scriptures have so many examples and stories of how God has delivered, protected and blessed His people. As we learned from the words of God, those words also testify to us and teach us that God is always faithful to those who trust Him.

One of the things that we learn from reading the words of God, is that He has asked us to keep His commandments. He’s done this because He loves us and knows that as we choose to follow and keep His commandments this will bring blessings into our lives. To be obedient means that we’re submissive, malleable, meek and willing to be taught and shaped into who our Father in Heaven would like us to become. Obedience to God (who knows it all) is truly beautiful and rewarding. It brings a peace that will be eternal. There’s no one better in this world to follow than to want to trust and obey what God asks us to do. He is our loving Father and creator. There is wisdom in His words. ❤️

Obedience to God’s commandments is one of the clearest ways for us to show our trust in Him. As we follow His guidance, and live according to what He has asked of us, we invite blessings to come into our lives. We may not always see the immediate fruits of our obedience, but trusting that God‘s ways are higher than ours, will lead us to eternal blessings.

As our trust in God grows, we begin to exercise better faith amidst our trials. Trusting God doesn’t mean that life will be free of challenges. In fact, trials are often the very means by which our trust in God is tested and strengthened.

President Thomas S. Monson once said “Trust in the Lord with all your heart. He will do for you what no other power can. He will extend His arms of mercy toward you, to lift you up, and to carry you when you need His support.” When we face difficulties with faith, trusting that God has a purpose in our suffering, we can find comfort and peace, knowing that He is shaping us into who we are meant to become.

And what about what God will do for us as we trust Him?

God has made so many beautiful promises to those who trust in Him. While we may not always see the results of our faith immediately, we are assured that God will always bless us according to His will and timing. Some of these blessings can be:

💖 Having Peace Amidst Adversity:

Trusting in God, doesn’t eliminate challenges, but it does bring an inner peace that sustains us through them. The savior promised, “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” (John 14:27). This peace comes from knowing that God is in control, even when life feels uncertain. He can HUSH our thoughts. Calm our fears and even when we don’t understand why things are happening. He can give us comfort and a sense of calm in our storm. Trusting that ALL WILL BE OK. 💛

💖 Another blessing is; Receiving Guidance & Direction: When we trust in God, we can know for sure that He will lead us on the path that is right for us. Whether through promptings of the spirit, the council of leaders or the impressions we receive as we study the scriptures, God will direct our steps as we seek His will.

💖 God promises to give us the strength to overcome: Trusting in God gives us the strength to phase our challenges with courage and faith. As we rely on His power, we are promised that we can overcome ALL things. As Paul wrote, “I can do all things through Christ, which strengtheneth me” (Philippians 4:13)

And finally, God promises us His eternal reward. God‘s greatest promise to those who trust in Him, is eternal life. As we remain faithful and trust in His plan throughout our lives, we are promised the opportunity to return to live with Him and our families for eternity. This eternal perspective is one too the things that can help us endure the trials of life with patience and hope. 🫶🏼

It’s better to trust God than to trust anything or anyone else on this earth. Regardless of your challenges and circumstances that you may be facing today, just turn it all over to God. Trust in Him. Trusting in God is not a one-time decision but a lifelong journey of faith. It involves continually and DAILY turning our hearts and minds toward Him, especially when we face uncertainties or challenges.

As we develop this trust, we will find peace, guidance, and strength, knowing that God loves us and will fulfill His promises to us.

So, today I want to invite you to build a stronger relationship with your loving creator. Strengthen your relationship with Him through the power of prayer. Open your heart to Him. Hear Him. 💛 Remember that the enemy never wants you to pray, he never wants you to discover what you can accomplish with God. So, make it your priority to PRAY MORE! To let God know everything that is in your heart and mind and be willing to listen and ACT upon what God places in your heart. Read from His words daily, study His life and obey His commandments in Joy.

This will allow us to be strong spiritually, mentally and physically ❤️ God will bless us in every aspect of our lives as we strive to follow Him and TRUST in HIM. We can develop the deep trust that allows us to say, “Not mine, but thy will be done,”

God’s plan for us is far greater than anything we could plan for ourselves. Let’s TRUST HIM, LOVE HIM AND DO OUR BEST ONE DAY AT A TIME. ❤️

If you need to let go of stress, I invite you to give yourself one hour today to come to class. I promise that you will be able to release stress and tension and you will leave feeling peaceful, stronger and renewed. I hope that you can make it tonight at 7 PM, and invite others to benefit as well. Class will be canceled next week. So, join us today and feel the difference for the next few weeks. 🥰💖

Open My Spiritual Eyes 💛

There are moments in life when our physical eyes see only the difficulties, heartache, uncertainty, disappointment, stress or fear. We focus on the closed doors, unanswered prayers, broken relationships, financial struggles, illness, or dreams that seem to be slipping away. In these moments our natural eyes can only see what is happening around us, but God wants to invite us to see something much greater.💛

This week I’ve been learning about how the prophet Elisha understood this principle of “opening our spiritual eyes to see.” When his servant became terrified after seeing an enemy army surrounding them, Elisha didn’t pray for the army to disappear first. Instead, he prayed:

“Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see.” 2 Kings 6:17

Immediately, the servant’s eyes were opened, and he saw that the mountains were filled with heavenly horses and chariots of fire surrounding them. The danger had not disappeared, but now he could also see God’s protection.

One of the greatest prayers we can offer, is not to say, “ Please change my circumstances,” but to instead say; “ Heavenly Father please open my spiritual eyes that I may see.”

When our spiritual eyes are opened, our circumstances may not change immediately, but our perspective does. We can focus on turning our hearts away from what we lack, from our fears, to focusing on having divine perspective instead.

I’ve realized that when I ask the Lord to open my spiritual eyes, He doesn’t always change my circumstances right away, but He almost always changes my perspective. He reminds me that He is working, even when I can’t see it. He helps me notice His tender mercies, His miracles, and His loving hand in moments when I would have otherwise overlooked.

He has also helped me to have spiritual eyes to focus on gratitude or to recognize the tactics of the enemy and He reminds me of ways in which I can protect my mind, heart and soul form the adversary. Without spiritual eyes we wouldn’t be able to recognize the Lords ways vs the enemy.

Spiritual eyes can help us to recognize God’s hand, we can notice His tender mercies that may be hidden in the difficult days. We can see that He provides daily ☀️ and that He has been walking beside us all along.

This story of Elisha also reminds us to ask ourselves

How often are we like that servant?

We become overwhelmed, fearful and anxious because we see the obstacle but not the God who is greater than the obstacle. We see the storm but forget the Savior who walks on the water. We see the mountain, but fail to notice the God who moves those mountains.

Faith is learning to trust what God sees even when we cannot.

Sometimes God opens our spiritual eyes by helping us recognize that an unanswered prayer is actually divine protection. Other times He helps us see that our waiting is preparing us for something greater that He has for us. Or there may be times when He lets us know that the trial itself is becoming the actual instrument He is using to refine our hearts and draw us closer to Him.

The Apostle Paul taught:

“…we walk by faith, not by sight.” 2 Corinthians 5:7

Walking by faith means trusting that God is doing things we cannot yet see. It means believing that His timing is perfect, even when it doesn’t match our own. When we have faith we’re OPTIMISTIC In the trust that we have in a loving and amazing God. ❤️🥰🙏🏼

President Russell M. Nelson once said, “The Lord loves effort because effort brings rewards that can’t come without it.” One of the greatest efforts we can make is choosing to seek heaven’s perspective every day.

So today, instead of only asking the Lord to remove your trial, try asking Him to help you see it differently. Think of ways in which you can put effort toward coming closer to God or working toward what He has put in your heart.

Ask Him one day at a time to open your spiritual eyes.

You may begin to notice blessings you hadn’t seen before, angels you can actually feel! strength you didn’t know you had, lessons you wouldn’t have learned otherwise you had to wait. Today, let the Lord guide your mind and heart to acknowledge and see the evidence that God has been walking beside you all along.

When we begin to see through the eyes of faith, we realize that we are never facing life’s challenges alone. There’s a purpose and a divine timing that we can trust. For now, we can just hold on to our creator and allow Him to come and help us open our eyes that we may see with spiritual eyes one day at a time. 🥹

The more we pray, the more we see & the more we see the more power we have to transform our discouragement into hope, confusion into peace, and fear into faith. 💪🏼🥰 Truly, with Christ all things are possible. ❤️

Take a moment to breathe and say a little prayer asking the Lord to help you open your spiritual eyes so that you may see what He would like to show you in this very moment. Let yourself have a moment with the Savior, let go of what’s heavy in your heart and allow His to help you see. Write down any impressions, visions or thoughts that come to you. God loves you and wants to show you what He has for you. 💛

Our Spiritual Goal for This Week

Each morning, begin your prayers by asking, “Father, please open my spiritual eyes today.” Throughout the day, write down at least one moment where you recognized God’s hand, guidance, comfort, or blessing, even if it seemed small.

Our Physical Goal for This Week

Spend at least 20 minutes each day walking outdoors without distractions. As you walk, intentionally observe God’s creation. Notice the colors, sounds, sunlight, breeze, trees, birds, and flowers. Let nature speak to you and remind you that the same creator who sustains the world is faithfully sustaining you. 💖

Hope that you can make it to class tonight at 7pm! Our focus will be to give ourselves a little more love by moving our body, releasing stress and having an amazing and relaxing meditation. Hope that you can join us and invite others to benefit as well. 🥰❤️🙏🏼

Seek the Miracle Worker 💛

We all long for miracles.

Some of us pray for healing, for loved ones, for answers, for a restored relationship, financial relief, direction, or peace after heartache. There are times when our hearts may quietly whisper, “Lord, I know YOU can… but will You?”

The truth is that our Heavenly Father is still a God of miracles. The scriptures tell us that He’s unchanging from beginning to end. (Hebrews 13:8) “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and forever.”

We know that the God who created all things is still present and miracles still happen. What prevents the us from seeing the miracles is but our unbelief. We question Gods abilities, we don’t think it can happen to us etc. But this is when we need to remember that He is an unchanging God who has already in the past blessed each one of us with miracles and He will do it again. 💛

We also need to remember that the greatest miracle isn’t always the one we’re asking for. Sometimes the greatest miracle is what He does within us while we wait for what He will do for us. 🥹 Often times it’s in our daily prayers that He changes us and prepares us for what is coming in His will and timing.

The miracle begins with trust. 💪🏼

Faith is believing that God can. ❤️

Trust is believing that God will do what is best, even if it looks different than we imagined.

The Savior invites us to trust Him completely when He tells us:

“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” (Proverbs 3:5–6)

When we surrender our own timeline or how we want things to work out and instead we place our lives into His hands, our hearts become fertile ground where miracles can grow.🤲🏻🌱

The scriptures don’t teach us a specific formula that guarantees miracles right away. Instead, they teach us a pattern of discipleship that prepares our hearts to recognize and receive the Lord’s miraculous hand.

That pattern includes:

Pray with real intent and faith.

Study the word of God daily.

Keep your covenants.

Repent quickly and seek the companionship of the Holy Ghost.

Act in faith, even before you see the outcome.

Give thanks before the answer comes.

Trust God’s timing more than your own.

The Lord promises:

“If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed… nothing shall be impossible unto you.”(Matthew 17:20)

And Moroni teaches:

“Neither at any time hath any wrought miracles until after their faith.” Ether 12:12

We can see that miracles often come after faith, not before it. For example would we plant a seed if we didn’t believe that it would grow? The same is with us. We have to first plant and believe before we even see the miracle. EVERYTHING we do in our daily lives requires faith and action! We are constantly practicing it. First we see it in our minds, we believe we can do it, we take action and accomplish it. The same is with our miracles. We believe, we trust in God, we take action and wait on His timing.

I heard something beautiful which says; “Faith is not waiting for evidence before believing. Faith is choosing to believe while heaven is still quiet.” The Lord knows us, He hears us, He knows all that is in our hearts. When heaven feels quiet He may be polishing another part of ourselves that is necessary before the miracle comes. ALWAYS TRUST IN HIS TIMING.❤️

Sometimes we think a miracle means circumstances changing. Yet one of Christ’s greatest gifts is PEACE in the middle of unanswered prayers. I’m SO thankful for the moments when “my miracle hasn’t happened” and I feel this incredible amount of peace! That’s how I know the Lord is right here with me. I hope that you can recognize the moments when God provides you peace even though the circumstances haven’t changed. Peace is one of the most amazing answers we can receive from the Lord. Consider that a miracle in itself. We just need the eyes to see the miracles in our daily lives.

The Lord promised:

“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you, not as the world giveth give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”— John 14:27

When our circumstances remain the same, but our hearts become calm, that is heaven touching our hearts. That is the testimony that there is a loving God who is able and willing to calm our hearts and fill us with His peace while we trust and wait. 🤍

Also remember that the miracle may begin long before the situation changes. We have no idea what the Lord is working behind the scenes before the miracles come. We just have to trust in Him daily and look for the daily gifts that He provides. ☀️

Every day we can wake up believing:

“Today the Lord will strengthen me.”

“Today He will guide me.”

“Today He will open a door I cannot yet see.”

“Today I will witness His hand in my life.”

As we begin looking for His hand, we discover that miracles are often woven into ordinary moments. A scripture that speaks directly to your heart, a song that touched your soul, peace after prayer, a phone call at the perfect time, an unexpected answer, renewed strength, a softened heart, a hug that was needed, a friend that was there or simply enough grace for one more day.

The children of Israel received manna one day at a time (see Exodus 16). God didn’t provide a year’s supply. He provided daily bread, teaching them that He could be trusted every single morning.☀️

The same is true for us.

He gives us enough light for today, enough strength for today, enough grace for today.

While we wait, we need to remember that God’s silence doesn’t mean He’s absent. He is a loving God and is actually working in ways we cannot yet see. Each day He is strengthening our faith, refining our character, preparing blessings and opening doors we cannot see.

The Lord who parted the Red Sea, raised Lazarus, and calmed the storm is still the same Savior today.❤️

Nothing is impossible for Him.

Your miracle may come differently than expected.

It may come gradually.

It may come through people, doctors, inspired ideas, opportunities, or quiet spiritual impressions.

But every prayer offered in faith is heard by a loving Father who knows exactly what His children need.

Keep trusting.

Keep believing.

Keep expecting Him to show up.

Because He always does.

At the end of it all, the greatest miracle is discovering that Christ has been carrying you all along. ❤️ He is our Savior. He hears our prayers, He loves us. Him & our Father in Heaven are the creators of love, the God who created this universe, the world, 🌎 and all that we we see, even the creator of our bodies. He is waiting for us to come to Him. Without forcing us but just with our willing heart turned to Him, to trust Him and BELIEVE IN HIM AND HIS TIMING. As we choose to trust we will have the eyes to see more and more miracles in our lives. ❤️🙏🏼🥰

Spiritual Goal This Week

Each morning, kneel in prayer and ask:

“Heavenly Father, help me recognize Your hand in my life today.”

Then each evening, write down three tender mercies or small miracles you noticed that day. As you begin looking for God’s hand, you’ll discover He has been walking beside you all along.

Physical Goal This Week

Take a 20-minute walk each day without distractions.

Leave your phone in your pocket. Notice the beauty around you. The warmth of the sun, the breeze, birds singing, flowers blooming, the rhythm of your breath. Let the beauty of creation remind you that the God who sustains the world is also sustaining you. 🥹❤️

Take a few deep breaths and try to hand your worries over to the Lord. Believe in the God of miracles and notice the little answers or fingerprints on f God in your life today.

Remember the Savior’s invitation:

“Be still, and know that I am God.”(Psalm 46:10)

Miracles are not always found at the end of the journey. Often, they are discovered in every faithful step we take with Christ.👣

Walk forward today with hope. Trust that the Lord is already preparing blessings you cannot yet imagine. His timing is perfect, His love is constant, and His miracles, whether quiet or extraordinary….always arrive with divine purpose.

I hope that you’re able to make to class tonight at 7pm for an amazing workout and a beautiful meditation that will allow us to release stress and trust more in the GOD OF MIRACLES. 💛🥹

Love you all and hope to see you there!

In Gods Hands 🦋

This week I’ve been thinking about how easy it is for us to get overwhelmed and to overthink all kinds of scenarios and things that haven’t even happened in our minds. Do you do that too? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thankfully, God is amazing and He can teach us in the most incredible ways if we’re willing to look for them. 💛This morning I stepped out to sit in my porch and I noticed this beautiful butterfly stuck inside my porch unable to get out.

I noticed how much it was panicking to find a way out. It kept flying into things and desperately trying to get out. So much energy was spent fighting a way out. I tried to get close to it to see if I could grab it gently, to help get it out of my porch. But as I got closer it would panic even more and it would fly far away from me where I couldn’t reach it.

As I looked at that butterfly, God taught me something. I just looked at it as it was panicking and hear or felt this voice in my heart say “this is exactly what I do!” I panic and worry about things when there’s someone right there who can help me. 🥺

Just like the butterfly, 🦋 we “flap our wings” in our moments when we get overwhelmed, stressed, scared, worried or anxious. Sadly, we are like that butterfly when we refuse to slow down and think of ways to try to get ourselves out from what is “trapping us.” We even panic when others try to help and in some cases we draw ourselves away from God! 😔 who is the one who can use His hands to help hold us and get us out.

There was a moment when this butterfly finally calmed down. It came down closer to a place where I could reach it. I noticed its wings stopped moving and i noticed the beautiful colors of its wings. It was finally calmed, relaxed and peaceful holding on to the screen but just calm. That was the moment when i was finally able to cup my hands and gently cover the butterfly to release it outside of the porch. 🦋👐

Sometimes all we need to do is calm ourselves down. Be here in the moment. Even though we may be “trapped in the screen porch.” Things may not happen right away when we ask because we may need a little more time to learn a new lesson, to learn how to calm down or to just quiet the stress and the panic by praying and asking God to help us take the NEXT BEST STEP.

We have a God who is loving, amazing, kind, generous and willing to reach out to us to rescue us. ❤️ We just need to try to be still and look for Him. We need His wisdom and guidance to help us reach the next step or to get us out of where He only can reach.

He isn’t asking us to understand everything. He is inviting us to stop worrying and fearing and instead TRUST HIM. Trust in what we cannot see yet. Trust in His guidance. Try to listen to the whisperings of what He tells us and follow what He says.

The Lord promises in Proverbs 3:5–6:

“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

What can we let go of today to allow God to help us carry it. What can we hand over to Him? What inspiration will He bring to help you with your worries, your problems. With God all things are possible. Remember to let go and allow yourself to be placed fully in Gods hands.

Theres another scripture which says:

Look unto me in every thought; doubt not, fear not.” (D&C 6:37)

What a beautiful way to live! Instead of looking at every obstacle…We look to Christ.

Instead of carrying every burden…Place it in His hands.

Instead of demanding every answer…Be still and trust in what He has for you TODAY. Just take it ONE DAY AT A TIME. ☀️

Allow yourself to see what God is doing just today. One small miracle at a time.

There’s incredible peace that comes when we stop trying to control everything and begin trusting THE ONE who already sees the end from the beginning.

The future has never been ours to carry. It has always belonged to God.🦋❤️

Our responsibility is simply to seek Him each morning, listen for His voice, and faithfully follow the next impression or the next step that He places in our hearts.

The rest can remain safely in His hands.🤲🏻🤍

Our spiritual goal for the week is to let go and let GOD help us.

Our physical goal is to walk daily and be present during our walks. Maybe even talk to God and feel a connection to nature and to all of the beauty that God has for us to discover.

Love you all and hope to see you tonight at 7pm. For an amazing class and peaceful meditation. ❤️

Love

Lili
