Sometimes we think of miracles as rare, distant, or reserved for other people. We hear of stories from long ago or blessings meant for someone else’s life. But once in a while we are reminded of something powerful. That miracles have not ceased. They are real, they are possible, and they are meant to be part of our lives today. ☀️
This week something hard but also amazing happened to our family. My Aunt’s dog had accidentally ran away 3 days ago. He’s older, deaf, and has arthritis which doesn’t allow him to get up on his own without help. Everyone was worried at the thought that he was on his own and possibly unable to get up wherever he was. The first day, my aunt’s neighbors began searching for him. Unfortunately, no one found him for the first 3 days.😭 By the third day all the worries flood our minds… How are we going to find him? Will he still be alive etc.
On that third day, we realized that there wasn’t much time left if we were going to find him alive. So as a family we got together, we offered a prayer asking God to help us receiving the inspiration to know where he was. We gathered what we could, and had plenty of items with the scent of his family so that he could at least be able to recognize the smell as we went searching for him. We searched everywhere we could think of around the perimeter of the house.
At one point we had a feeling to look in an area close to a busy road, and as we walked behind a building we noticed a dry ditch on the side of the building. My aunt was speaking when we saw a weak little head move and try to look up. 😭 It was him! ❤️ He looked malnourished, frail and since he’s older, obviously unable to move or get up on his own. We all instantly started crying and thanking the Lord for helping us find him. 🙏🏼 We all instantly recognized the miracle and cried while trying to give him water and lift him carefully to not hurt his wounds or weak body. Afterwards, he was taken to urgent care and he’s finally home recovering. ❤️🩹
This miracle happened within 30 minutes of the prayer we offered. This was a huge reminder to us that there absolutely is a God of miracles. A God of compassion, a God filled with love. A God who cares and loves all living creatures 🐶 A God who wants his children to come to Him with our needs, problems and to place our TRUST IN HIM. He wants to see us ACT IN FAITH ✨ believing that God will provide the way and bring miracles into our lives. 💛😭🙏🏼
In the New Testament, we read, “With God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26). This isn’t just a nice phrase, but it’s an invitation for us to believe that no situation is too heavy, broken, no heart too heavy, and no path too uncertain for God to work His miracles within it. In the scriptures God reminds us that miracles are brought about by faith, and when faith is present, God’s power flows more freely into our lives. 💛💫
Miracles don’t always come as dramatic, life altering events as the one we experienced with my family this week. Although, the Lord tells us that miracles haven’t ceased…What has changed, is our unbelief. 🙁 So, we can work on believing more and also on recognizing that miracles often happen quietly as well. For example;
A softened heart where there was once anger
Strength on a day you felt you had none
Peace in the middle of uncertainty
Answers that come little by little
These are not coincidences. They are evidence that God is near. That He does listen and that there is divine help around you. ❤️
So how do we increase our ability to believe and even receive miracles?
First, we have to choose to believe before we can see. Faith is not a perfect knowledge; it is trust. When we act in faith, even in small ways, we create space for miracles to unfold.
Second, we can look for the miracles already happening. Gratitude sharpens our spiritual vision. When we begin to notice the small blessings, our heart becomes more open to greater ones.
Third, align ourselves with God. Through prayer, scripture study, and sincere effort to live with love and integrity, we begin to invite divine help. 💛When we purposefully choose to obey God and have faith, we invite the power of heaven into our everyday life.
& finally, speak hope into our lives. The words we say, to ourselves and others do matter. When we learn and practice speaking with faith instead of fear, we begin to shift your mindset toward the possibilities of what God can do for us.
Remember: miracles are not about controlling the outcomes, they are about trusting God’s timing, His wisdom, His mercy and His love.
Here’s a Mindfulness Exercise for Today. 🙂
Take 5 quiet minutes today.
Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
Breathe in slowly for 4 seconds, hold for 4, and breathe out for 6.
As you breathe, repeat quietly in your mind:“With God, all things are possible.”
Think of one area in your life where you need a miracle.
Instead of focusing on the problem, imagine it held gently in God’s hands.
Let yourself feel peace. 🤍 Not because everything is solved, but because you are not alone & you know in WHOM YOU TRUST. ❤️🙏🏼
Our Spiritual Goal for this week is:Each day, write down one “small miracle” you notice. Something good, unexpected, or uplifting. By the end of the week, you’ll begin to see how present God has been all along. ✨
Our Physical Goal is: To do one intentional act each day that reflects your faith in action. This could be serving someone, reaching out to encourage a friend, going for a walk while praying, or caring for your body with gratitude. Action strengthens belief. 💪🏼🥰
Hope to see you in Class Tonight at 7pm!! We will releasing stress, strengthening our body and have an amazing meditation to help us release negativity and focus on the good. 😊 💛 Hope that you can join us and invite anyone who would benefit from it as well. 💖💪🏼🥰
Let’s try to remind ourselves that we do not need to be waiting for miracles. We are walking in a life where they are already unfolding. We just need to choose to see them. Maybe that’s part of our test in this life. Will we have the eyes to see the miracles in our lives? 🥹.
As we choose to believe, seek, and act in faith, we will begin to see them more clearly…and even become part of miracles in the lives of others. 😍
Hold onto hope. Trust in God. And expect that something beautiful is already on its way. God loves you and yes! You can expect miracles in your life. 🥹✨
Love,
Lili 💖
